Chucklefish Games is Seeking New Devs for their Second Game

Chucklefish Games, the indie studio behind the intergalactic sandbox adventure game Starbound, has just announced on their website that they’re in beginning stages of developing their second title.

The nameless project is scheduled to be produced alongside Starbound with a different development team which the company intends on building up. The studio is open to accepting applications from developers interested in joining the team. They’re seeking primarily UK based devs so if you’re a local designer this is a great opportunity to help jump start your career in the gaming business.

In the blog statement, developer Finn ‘Tiy’ Brice indicated that he would be working hands-on with the new dev team during the development process to help guide them in the appropriate direction design wise. “At the moment we’re still in the stage where we’re kicking around ideas, one that keeps popping up is a top down, open world, multiplayer pirate game,” he wrote.
