Happy Friday everyone and welcome to another amazing addition of Free Tool Friday! Every week, we highlight a free tool that will make your indie studio stay on task and operate easier better than ever before. This is certainly true of this week’s tool if you need to web conference with various outsourced workers. I’m talking about AnyMeeting: arguably the best free web conferencing tool!

If you have ever been in a webinar, then you already have a good idea as to how AnyMeeting works. It is pretty similar to GoToMeeting, as it allows you to share your screen (a feature that is an absolute must in webinar software), use VoIP and telephone conferencing (some people prefer to listen to a webinar on their phone, so this option is nice), upload important documents, and even allow up to 200 participants to take part in the meeting. Honestly, AnyMeeting has so many features that you were going to get tired of reading them if I list them all here. Click on the link above, and discover for yourself all the various features this incredible, free webinar software brings the table.

You are probably asking yourself how this software can be free and what the overall catch is? There is indeed a catch to the software being free, but it will not be an issue for most people. The folks over at AnyMeeting can only make this software free by showing ads near the bottom of the everyone’s screens. It is nonintrusive, but if having ads appear during your webinar is a problem for you, you will probably want to invest in their pro plans. For everyone else, this is the easiest and cheapest way to host webinars for your indie studio.

That’s it for this week’s edition of Free Too Friday! Do you know of a free tool that we should mention in a future installment? Let us know in the comments below!
